Simone Biles

Simone Biles (born on March 14, 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.A.) American Gymnast is considered to be one of the sport's most outstanding athletes. Biles was the very first gymnast from the United States ever to win four gold medals in a single Games. At Rio de Janeiro, she was also the first female to have won consecutive World All-Around titles. Biles is from Spring Texas. Her grandparents Ronald Biles (and her sister Adria) took them in as adoptees. They were raised in Houston's metropolitan area. Simone began to be interested in gymnastics while she was just six. The coach Aimee Borman took her to Bannon's Gymnastix which was where they went for a field trip. Biles won a gold medal for vaulting, and also a medal in floor during the 2010 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships. In 2011, she began competing in elite levels of gymnastics competition. In less than two years, she was the most dominant athlete in the field. What set Biles apart was the consistency of her flamboyant attitude as well as the level of effort she put into her routines throughout every event - vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercises.
